For the understanding of this Notice, we present below some definitions:
National Data Protection Authority (ANPD): the public administration body responsible for overseeing, implementing and supervising compliance with the LGPD;

Sensorama is headquartered in Brazil and the personal data processed by Us is subject to Brazilian legislation. However, this data may be transferred outside the national territory, due to Sensorama's use of suppliers that store personal data located in other countries, which entails the International Transfer of Personal Data, as defined by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and Resolution CD/ANPD No. 19/2024.
